Almost anyone who works in an office atmosphere would know the answer to your question. The Executives of any office be they in Adminstration or not are all trying to get ahead and there-fore their responsibilities are to get the work done and out the door at the least possible cost to the company. This is what's referred to as a Glorified Job, it's all a bunch of bulls--t, just another title to add to the list of jobs in a company to make people feel important.
