let's say we opened two programs which is Google Chrome and Microsoft Word, when the two is opened (means taken from program partition) and enters the system, it goes directly into the queue (Queuing Routine) and the system uses Scheduler to tell if one is waiting and one is already loading, and the Dispatcher tells if the one is ready and the one is loading. Since a Computer's Processor cannot execute two or more programs simultaneously, it uses these two to run programs in the system.
