In the fridge. When you are ready to eat it microwave it for 20 seconds on HIGH. Alternately, place the pie in a 350 oven for 15 minutes to prevent the crust from becoming soggy in the microwave.

You make apple pie by going to a store (which could be Alberstons) and getting a box with apple pie in it and then you follow those instructions.
An apple pie can be bought ready made at Kroger for 5-10 dollars.
One apple will not make you fat No, but they dont make you skinny either. No healthy food makes you fat, but you need to work off food, unhealthy or not, to make yourself skinnier.
The history of the good old apple pie goes back a very long way. It could have originated from either England or Holland/Netherlands. There is a English recipe that dates back to 1381. Although, without of a shadow of a doubt, apples cooked in pies predates this by many 100's of years.

The phrase "as easy as pie" means that whatever being described is very simple to do. The saying originated in the previous century when nearly all American homemakers baked pies almost every day, so that the chore was so familiar it could be done without effort.
To most fruit pies, use cinnamon and sugar. Ginger and cloves are wonderful in many pies. Some recipe's call for mace, or all spice.
It's all a matter of taste.

Bake your apple pie at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 15 minutes. Then reduce the temperature to 375º degrees F (190º degrees C) for 45 minutes. It should be done when the top crust is golden brown.
If there's any way to avoid it, I'd suggest not re-freezing a raw apple pie. The reason is that the pastry crust will be inferior once it's re-frozen. Frozen and then thawed pastry crust absorbs a lot of moisture from the freeze; if you then re-freeze it, all that moisture will also freeze which causes the crust to be flatter and not brown as well. If you can, try to bake the pie first and then re-freeze it. You'll be happier with the results.
Yes you can, I'm not too sure the added flavours would enhance the dish, but it's an addition to try. Try on a small amount and see it it's palatable. If in doubt, leave it out, it's not a dedicated addition. Apple sauce is fine as just apple sauce.
30 to 40 minutes. Check the crust to make sure it's browned and crispy.
I have never used or seen a recipe for using eggs in an apple pie. I don't know where you would use any. My apple pie is a double crust, no eggs in it. Apples, sugar with some cornstarch for thickening, Cinnamon, a little clove and nutmeg. A few pieces of butter on top of the apples if you want and bake.

Not necessarily. You can easily keep it out for up to 2 days without a problem, but putting it in the fridge can extend it by another 2 days. Storing it in the fridge can cause the crust to become soggy, so if you have a lot of pie left over and cannot possibly eat it in the 2 days, send some home with your guests, or visit some neighbours with a slice or 3.
No, but you do reduce the heat in your oven partway through cooking.
