Code 21 is for the O2 sensor... however it doesnt distinguish whether it is the upstream sensor or the downstream one. A scan with an OBDII will tell you exactly which one it is.
Code 43 can mean many things. Overall, it means "single or multiple cylinder misfire" it does NOT tell you whether it is fuel related or electrical. It could be anything from a fuel pump to a bad PCM, a clogged injector to buildup in the fuel rail, a bad wire, a loose connection on the coil pack, a bad coil pack.... this one can lead to a lot of hit and miss if you dont have it scanned to determine EXACTLY which one of the above it is.
I know these two codes because my neon just threw them. The first one was a bad connection at the coil pack, the second was old gas in the tank that fouled the sensor.
