∙ 12y ago1. Productivity suffers, because nobody gets rewarded for extra hard work. Even in different fields, a doctor gets the same salary as a cleaner or maid.
2. The products are inferior. Without healthy competition nobody needs to be inovative in order to get customers and cosumers.
3. It doesn't work. People are greedy and will do anything to take power. See the Soviet Union for an example on this.
