Look on the edelbrock website, i have to replace floats reguarly due to lpg petrol issues on my 350 chev, 7/16th of a inch on the float and 1 inch drop. Easy to do.
If you have an edelbrock carb, remove the top of the carb, flip it over and there you have em! 2 floats! should be about 5/16 from the top of the carb i believe
You will have to look on the carb and get the numbers on it and then go to the Edelbrock website.
It should be preset from the factory
Yes. Consult Edelbrock's website for specific details.
none, unless the old carb wasn't working properly.
yes
With the edelbrock, use the vac line on the carb itself, It will be a small bore, 1/4 ( about ) vacuum line, and should be on the front of the carb.
Pretty sure you can mount any standard flange or spread-bore carb on an sp2p. The Edelbrock website is an excellent resource for answering those kinds of questions.
I just rebuilt my Edelbrock 1405 Preformer carb. During the rebuild once I had the carb almost completely dissassembled I removed all four jets and replaced them with new ones from the kit.
adjustment screw is between throttlre linkage and carb body on the right side of the carb as you stand at the front of the car looking at the carb
