I believe it's 240 Lbs. You should buy the Bently manual. There is a new tool that's perfect for the axle nut and the Gland nut for the Fly wheel. It mounts to your brake drum and it use's a reduction gear so you can actually use a torque wrench. I belive it reduces it down to about 25 or 30 lbs of torque. It's about $60.00 US. It's awesum. Check the main VW online stores.
