Actually it does not seem that any food has benzodiazepines. However the word "benz" such as benzene,benzoates etc. Are in the book,'food additives" by ruth winter,m.s. There are to many to list here but a few in this family are: baking products,beverages,Chewing Gum,confections,Gelatin desserts,ice cream,marashino cherries,puddings,chocolate. From what i read,anything that has benz in front of it is not safe to ingest and if so,it must be in small quantities.
