the transmission cooler lines don't match. diameter of radiator hoses are not the same. it probably won't mount up to the vans radiator brackets.
A transmission cooler is usually mounted just in front of the radiator.
It is on the passenger side of the engine bay between the radiator and engine. it is housed in a assembly in the radiator hoses. find the lower radiator hose at the radiator and follow it to a housing that connects the radiator hoses. The thermostat is in side
The radiator hoses will need to be disconnected. Remove the cooling fan. Unbolt the radiator and any shroud surround and the radiator will come out. Reverse to install.
It could be that the transmission cooler in the radiator is plugged.
