yes its the cab pollen air filter its a real stupid engineering mistake a big hole right under were the rain or water runs off the wind shield there's a cowl thats suppose to deflect the water but it does not the plastic peace gets crispy and it does not stay flat on wind shield and water goes right in runs through the pollen air filter box down through the blower ruining it, it will rust up! and in to the passenger side do creating a musty odor and lots of disgusting mold that will get you and the baby sick wondering who the idiot that thought this part of the car and whose the other idiot asleep at the helm who approved this ridiculousness so ya to answer your ?if you take that piece of plastic its under the wipers on the passenger side of course and run a bead of good silicone water proof ok under the plastic piece and let it dri without driving end of problem
