When a window is displayed in front of another windows its said to be?
Look at the opposite window. Driver side windows are often simalair to there opposing window. Some parts are reversed for obvious reasons.

Since both windows on the front of the caravan do not work it is a common power issue. Check the window fuse and relays first, to see where the power loss is.
Driver and front passenger side windows must allow 70% light transmittance Rear passenger side windows must allow 40% light transmittance
Run another dedicated hot wire to the drivers window switch. This will provide power to that window no matter if the driver cuts the power or not.
Open driver side door. remove inner door panel lower window pull it out of the bracket.
Looking at the fuses, you'll see two stacked vertically (25A), and another to the right hand side of those. Of the the two stacked, the top one is for the front passenger window and the bottom for the front driver's side. The window fuse to the right of these is for the rear windows (both of them I think)
Happened to my 97 Accord EX. The power window switch for driver's window was burnt. Had to replace entire unit.
The Honda Civic has a separate fuse for the front windows and the back windows. Each window does not have a separate fuse. There are two window fuses.
You can have full tint on windows behind driver as long as you have dual outside mirrors and top 6 inches of windshield only-they frown on front windows even if you have circle cut outs to see mirrors
