The recommended guidelines for exercise is to stay active, go for walks whenever you have the chance, Its good to do aerobic exercise, swimming, ride the bike, jog, flexibility exercise by stretching, gymnastics, yoga, pushups, sit ups, recreational activities, like volleyball, basketball…etc
Eat less. Exercise more.

in wii sports all the segments gives u the most exercise. but, in my opinion since i like boxing, the boxing segment gives me more exercise (and i need it since im kinda fat...ha ha ha). but all of them gives u a good amount of exercise.
track is the sport that gives you the most excersise.
