Yes, both the Seven Years War and the French and Indian War lasted seven years, from 1756 to 1763, since they are in fact two different names for the same war fought between England and France.
They're were four wars in the Frech and Indian Wars. King williams, King George's, Queen Anne's, and The French and Indian War.
The US Frontier Wars officially ended in 1890 at the Battle of Wounded Knee. They began shortly after the Pilgrams landed in 1620.
