your low beams have to be replaced it seems,,,,,open hood and take out the low beam lights by turning the plugs and pulling out . twist and pull. once out the simply pull out of their slots for easy replacement. put back in slots and twist back to tighten
Check the switch on turn signal stalk - do they work when you pull back on stalk? Check relay in power distribution box
I think faulty light switch.
To turn on the highbeams of a 1998 Ford Windstar, bring your lever that controls the wipers toward you and release that turns the highbeams on. To turn off highbeams just push the lever towards the dash.
turn on your headlights
turn on your headlights
On the '08 impala, the highbeams are controlled by the turn signal/windshield wiper control lever. Each time you pull backwards (toward the driver) on the lever, the highbeams will toggle between off and on.
Generally, a blinking DRL indicator on the dash means that there is a headlight burned out. Replacing them is cheap and easy.
Yes, when driving in foggy conditions you should use your headlights which allows oncoming drivers to see you at the earliest possible moment. However, for safety, you should not use your highbeams [bright] as the fog will reflect back much of the light, reducing your ability to see into [through] the fog.
Probably a issue with the multifunction swith (headlamp switch). You'll need to test the switch.
have your drl (day time running light mogule) checked...it can be unplugged, but then you may not have any lights at all on some vehicles.
pull down on the lever. and twist.
There are a couple of different times when you'd turn off your headlights. You'd turn off your headlights when the car is off for example.
