first you must go to CONTROL PANEL then select PROGRAM then select TURN WINDOWS FEATURES ON OR OFF. after box loads files select the 2 TELNET folders so they are checked and then ok. click on start and type CMD then type the telnet command above exactly as it appears and you will be watching STARWARS IV ☺ enjoy.
