There are fuses and relays for the engine cooling fans located under the hood on the passenger side of the vehicle. The under side of the cover over these fuses has a diagram of the locations and the purpose of these fuses and relays. There are also fuses inside of the dash beside the glove compartment, and you gain access to the by working with the passenger door open, and removing a cover from the end of the dash at that location. These fuses are for the passenger compartment functions of the electrical systems, as well as for some of the under hood functions like the PCM (Powertrain Control Module ie. some of the engine control). The fuse box covers in both locations have a diagram of the fuse functions and locations on the underside.
