I was looking at the 2000 Ford Crown Victoria Owner Guide and it shows :
In the Power Distribution Box ( which is " live " ) located in the engine compartment
( Fuse # 1 is a 20 amp mini fuse for the electric fuel pump relay )
* unfortunately the manual does not show where the relay is located but the fuel pump shut off switch ( inertia switch ) is located on the drivers side of the trunk behind the trunk liner ( there is an access hole in the liner )
