Before baking, prepare the inside of the pan with either butter and flour or with a non-stick cooking / baking spray. This will help the cake not to stick. Once the cake is baked, you can try letting it cool. (It will contract, maybe enough to make it slide out easier.) You can give it a gentle shake to coax the cake out of the pan, or gently pry away the sides with a dull butter knife.
