Replace every single vacuum hose under the hood.
mechanics are such fools sometimes. have the shocks replaced. is the mechanic a front end specialist or just a monkey with a wrench?
Have your mechanics checked the static timing of the crank and 2 camshaft pulleys? Which begs the question when was the timing belt last changed or did someone replace the water pump without changing the timing belt and all the idlers? Have your mechanics checked fuel pressure / fuel flow rate? Are there any air leaks / vac. leaks behind the mass air flow sensor? That's just for starters. Don

The timing must be checked using a timing light. Most mechanics have one.
have the engine timing checked. if the timing is wrong the engine will overheat, are you loosing coolant?is the fan working, is the water pump working?
