Had a pimple over your impacted wisdom teeth so you picked at it and it became a wound you used few cleansers to avoid the infection the next morning it made your cheek swelling why is that?

You need to go to the Emergy Room and get some antibiotics.
The swelling is cellulitus could be fatal, and could become Ludwig's angina (swelling of the throat which could strangle you).
My bf had it recently and has to get them removed still or it can happen again.
They put him on IVs, he could have died. He had IVs at home for a week. So don't let it become too serious. He uses backwash and keeps his mouth very clean now to avoid another (painful and expensive) infection until he gets them removed..

How can I keep my ears safe from infection but don't have to much wax build up.?
I use Hydrogen Peroxide( Food Grade ), as drying agent. It's available from any Chemist along with an eye-dropper for application. A couple of drops in each ear will identify an ear infection by a fizzing action. Applications both morning & night should clear any possible infection. If Hydrogen Peroxide is overdosed, any impacted wax may be softened with some warm olive oil or "Cerumol". As I am prone to these types of infections, I apply a couple of drops of Hydrogen Peroxide to each ear nightly. Does the trick!
