The Constitution of the United States of America is the supreme law of the United States. It is the foundation and source of the legal authority underlying the existence of the United States of America and the Federal Government of the United States. It provides the framework for the organization of the United States Government and for the relationship of the Federal government to the States, to citizens, and to all people within the United States.
The monroe doctrine was important in us history because it stated that anyone that would enter the western hemisphere or was invovled with south America and north America and central America, that we the united states are able to go to war with them.
No. The United States Constitution does not allow you to become a slave, or for anyone else to own you.
It didn't. The articles were only internal to the new nation.

The United States of America does not allow unlimited immigration, there are various rules about who is allowed to enter the country as a resident, and other rules about who is allowed to enter as a visitor. So no, America is not ready to welcome anyone, although in general it does have a history of welcoming immigrants, and to a large degree (with the exception of Native Americans) it is a nation of immigrants and the descendants of immigrants. (In the case of African Americans, the immigration was not necessarily voluntary.)
There are absolutely no restrictions on the freedom of religion in the United States of America. Anyone who claims there are restrictions are wrong and seek to cloud the lawful separation of church and state.

In many circumstances, the term "American" is used to reference specifically citizens of the United States of America. In English, there is no good adjective for a person from the United States, the way "Canadian" means "a person from Canada." As a result, the term "American" is often used to mean "a person from the USA." However, America is more than the United States. The term "American" can mean anyone who comes from or is associated with "America" and America includes all the countries of North, Central, and South America. In that sense, a Canadian or an Argentinean has an equal right with an US person to the term "American."
