The gear that turns the flywheel is probably worn or broken - some gears are made of plastic. It is not very expensive and relatively easy to replace.

Starter fluid is sprayed into the air intake or carburetor of snow blower. This allows the vehicle to have highly flammable ready to burn when it is started.

If the starter is spinning but not catching, the problem lies in the starter drive (also called bendix). You will either have to replace the starter or repair it by replacing the bendix.
The starter solenoid receives a large electric current from the car battery and a small electric current from the ignition switch. When the ignition switch is turned on, a small electric current is sent to the starter solenoid. This causes the starter solenoid to close a pair of heavy contacts, thus relaying a large electric current to the starter motor, which in turn sets the engine in motion.
you have to have charmander as a starter and eventually he appears in the wild! :)
The first electric starter with starter button appeared on a car called the Arnold in 1896.
Your starter is incapable of being drained. It is an electric motor. However a bad starter can drain your battery
Disconnect battery, starter is located somewhere by where engine meets transmission. Remove all electric connections then remove bolts securing starter. Install new starter, attach electric connections, connect battery and your done.
