I don't know anything about towing trailers but the 2007 Ford F-150 owners manual shows : fuse # 106 - 30 amp maxi fuse - for trailer tow battery charge and relay # R05 - Full ISO relay - for trailer tow battery charge
The 2001 Dodge Dakota, with a towing package, has a trailer brake built in. The trailer brake is part of the towing package.

Depends if it came from factory with Trailer package. And that doesn't mean pop a hitch on it and it has the trailer package. Package came with heavier duty pieces such as shocks, etc. Without trailer towing package......1400 lbs. with 6 occupants, 2000 lbs. with 2 occupants. With tow package......2,900 lbs. with 6, and up to 3,500 lbs with 2 occupants.

The difference between freight and package is the size of the container. Freight refers to the size of the entire shipment, such as a semi trailer's contents. Package is just one part of the entire shipment, like one pallet or box on the semi trailer.
There are no extra fuses for your trailer lights. If you have the towing package (and you do) the trailer lights run through your regular fuses (tail, brake, turn).
Plug in the trailer harness into the 7 pin hookup next to the receive hitch if you have a stock towing package.
If you want trailer brakes you need a brake controller.
