First, check your coolant level. If it's full, then look on the right side of the vehicle, under the hood, and by the firewall. The lines which go to the heater core may have valves which can be opened and closed... in the Summer months, it's common to close these off in order to get cooler air from the AC system... open them up.
Its either a bad heater core or a clogged one. They are very expensive.

I have changed heater core,water pump,thermostat, the fon works well but only blows cold air plus i have flushed the system.
