Have a problem with a 1994 kenworth T-600 the heater only blows cold air can not get it to blow hot air?

First, check your coolant level. If it's full, then look on the right side of the vehicle, under the hood, and by the firewall. The lines which go to the heater core may have valves which can be opened and closed... in the Summer months, it's common to close these off in order to get cooler air from the AC system... open them up.
