Have been in the USA for almost 50 days and i have a 90days visitors visa. Can i overstay my visa for a year and marry to a USA citizen who we have only date each other for just 6 months?

Yes, you can become a legal resident if you marry a legal resident or a citizen. If you are here on a visa, all is easy, if not, you will have two possible outcomes - either you will have to pay a penalty for being here illegally, or you will have to go back to your country till your Green Card is granted. If you are marrying a citizen this is a quite fast process and you might not have to leave.
As with all such important matters you should consult an Immigration attorney to expedite your legal residency and civil rights.
