There are always conflicts, the key is to learn from them, like in the last project.
I was "told not to keep looking for customers" because another team would do the job! But it did not happened! My new boss was not the right man for the job, or .... did not have the right view of the business.

∙ 13y agoSure! I don't think that you have been honest with a Boss, if you haven't. The Bottomline is he/she is the Boss when the discussion concludes, but if you are passionate about a situation constructive discussions/ minor conflicts are expected. At the end of the day, remembering "The Boss is the Boss" helps you understand your role.
