This is a pretty common problem on the newer GM W-Bodys. The problem is whats called a Blend Door controller. I suggest you join www.w-body.com/forums if you want to change the part yourself.
Should be behind the glove box area against the firewall

monte carlo simulation is used to give solutions of deterministic problems whereas stochastic simulation is used for stochastic problems.

Most stock pumps make about 4 psi, but you can run aftermarket pumps up to 7 psi before you start having problems with the needle and seats.
I have a 2003 Monte Carlo SS and the only time it turned off on me was when my radiator had broken and the car was over heating. Its turns off so it wont explode.
No not that I know of...........He has Lackwana and Carlos's but that's it.
bad thermostat, bad waterpump, plugged radiator, or the cooling system is filthy and needs flushed out.
Any fender from a 1981-88 Monte Carlo should work
The 1997 Chevrolet Monte Carlo is equipped with an evaporative emission system. A purge flow fault can involve a number a single or multiple component problems. There could be a problem a with the purge valve which is relatively easy repair/replacement. The Monte Carlo's OBDII system should be scanned for all codes which will help narrow the condition.
Fuel pressure for a 2003 Chevy Monte Carlo should be between 50 and 55 PSI. This ensures that the injectors will function properly.
If a 1995 Monte Carlo has no reverse, there could be a few problems. The transmission could be going out or the pressure solenoid needs replaced. A mechanic will be able to find the cause of the problem.
