It is unfortunate because you forgave him when you found out about one time he has cheated (you may not know of others) and it really just gave him a ticket to keep doing it as it obviously has - he is walking all over you and thinks you are going to allow him to do this.
It is time that you make a decision what is best for you and that would be to leave him - you do not need to put up with this and should not.
