The Equestrian Center your horse is in must have Health Mashes. If it does, and your horse is over 3 years and under 25 years, you can select a health mash under neath grain and oats when feeding your horse.

If the horse is under 25 years old, it is most likely because you are feeding him incorrect amounts of fodder, making it over/underweight. Follow the instructions and the warnings when feeding your horse.
To regain your horse's health, you can use the caloric mash and make sure you are feeding it the right amount of food. To much or too little can take a toll on your horse's health. If this is the problem, you can tell by when you click the feed tab there will be a yellow box with a warning. Follow the instructions and your horse should regain its health, energy, and moral the next day. Also, make sure that you arn't overexerting your horse.
