my 2000 Chevy venture van the air comes hot by drivers vet and cool by passenger vents
The heat valve is stuck.
Probable broken door inside the dash. Have a mechanic check the ac system for trouble codes.
I believe there is a vent in side of the glove compartment, you can open and close it there. Slide it from side to side. Possible programmer malfunction needs to be checked out.
Door in vent box is not opening for the drivers side. Probably a bad vacuum line to the diaghram. If there is not a separate door than single door is not opening all the way. Also check for obstruction in the vent
shut all vents off so it comes out on floor
Superheated smoke not being able to vent, collects in the ceiling. The line is formed where the superheated smoke comes down to.Solution? Vent the heat to the outside better.
it should be under the passenger side dash by the heat vent
check your vacum lines
Wet foot in driver area means leaking heater coil. The heater coil unit is usually at the center of the front of the passenger compartment, behind the dash and very close to the floor. Heated radiator water passes through this unit and your vent system and fan are used to force air across this to heat the air in the passenger area.
The MAIN vent of the volcano is where all the lava comes out. The side vent is out the side and also is where some lava comes out.
These are called deflectors in the parts catalogs the going across from drivers side to passenger side the part numbers are 10291967, 10291965, 10402904, 10291966
you push the vent
