Has to do with the positions of the star at the time of birth. These constallations reflect the begining of a certain nationality causing a reflux in that persons nature. Their animal instinct if you will.

i don't think this is true, i know alot of January born men who most prefer blondes and those those prefer brunettes usually go for meditaranian types but not 'dark' skinned women. though darker women and can ce very attractive sometimes a mexian or Indian are much more attractive than a blonde.
i am a Capricorn woman but i like blondes and brunette men though i would much rather date a blonde guy ..because of the difference in body hair!
