Your alignment is off. (Imagine one front wheel turning left and the other turning right) Take it to a shop to have them realigned. Usually costs around $50 for front two wheels, around $80 for all four.

In what direction should you turn your wheel when parking downhill with a curb?

Turn your steering wheel to the left if you are driving on the right hand side of the road, such as in the US and most of Europe. If you drive on the left side of the road, such as in the UK or Japan, turn your steering wheel to the right. Either way you want the nose of your vehicle to lead you away from the curb if you were to accelerate.

Why would a car wobble at low speeds not the car but the steering wheel?

AnswerCheck the tread on your tyres and if they are worn on only one side your car needs a wheel alignment. I had the same problem with a shaky wheel and after getting new tyres (i needed them) and a wheel alignment the car wheel never shuddered again. I was told I must hit the curb a lot
