Get a new look, (haircut, style of clothing) and this doesn't have to be expensive girls usually like guys with shaggy skater hair, and then what to wear, check out pacsun skinny but not too skinny jeans are usually good, LRG tshirts, flannels 3. Get a cool factor and make it known to others (for example if you are good at sports, or if you snowboard or skateboard, or if you play guitar or write songs, or make Dubstep, or spin poi) if you don't do any of these, honestly I'd say go with trying to be a dj and have a party (That'd be instantly hot.) 4. Talk to a bunch of girls in your grade, befriend them 5. Acknowledge her but act more interested in her best friend (then shel start to want you) 6. Then get her number, and ask her out for lunch,see if it goes well, if it doesnt its just lunch and she really has no anchor to make fun of you for it, because you can just say it is a friend lunch. First of all why do you want to be liked by the most popular girl. I go to school and im not going to lie i am popular people follow me they wont leave me alone and i hate it .You should be who you are and if she likes you she will take you as her friend or girlfriend but you cant do that much to make her like just be your self. -But if you really want it bad you would probably have to join some kind of sport for the school (football, probably the best), lift some weights and get muscle overtime, and try to make her laugh. But I'm just improving the original answer just in case you really want it. Honestly the first answer has a point, and besides there might be a girl out there that likes already for just being yourself.

Well, just because she is popular, dosent mean she isn't normal. You should just go up to her and ask if she wants to hang out.
