107 is too high, 50-75 is perfect. You should have a Pressure Reducing Valve on the supply to the place to make sure the pressure does not exceed 75 PSI. The reason is it wears out the parts on all your faucets a heck of a lot quicker. 107 PSI is also NOT very good for your hot water tank. The expansion and contraction of the hot water tank due to the pressure fluctuations and the undue stress on the Temperature and Pressure relief valve on the Hot Water Tank could cause you MAJOR problems in the future. PRV is needed.
