First one high side under front of truck next to washer bottle. Look where your washer pump is and then look straight across. Its easy to take out. Remove the two 10mm bolts holding tank in and the clip. Take bolt out of horn on rail and then unplug. Second horn which is low side is under the passenger side same place on. On rail leading down to radiator support behind the turn signals.

In order to take the washer bottle out you have to take the wheel well plastic cover out and unbolt the water bottle bolts now take the battery out before you can lift the washer bottle out, sorry not a fast and easy job.
