Sounds like you might be running into the same problem I had with my 93 town car suspension. You might want to save some time and money and do what I did...check out the air suspension conversion kits at Strutmasters.com
Those guys really helped me out.

I had a friend replace the air suspension compressor pump with a used one that I bought on ebay. The air compressor pump is located under the windshied washer fluid container. You have to take a cover plate off to get to it or even see it. We discovered that the top of the air suspension compressor pump, where the air hose goes into it, screws off with a crescent wrench. So we just left the hose attached to the top of the pump and replaced the body of the the pump. I have no idea how you would just replace the hose.
The thermostat housing is at the bottom radiator hose. It is in the inlet, just behind the ac compressor.
The 2001 Dodge Dakota air conditioning drain hose is located on the bottom of the air conditioning compressor. The drain hose leads from the compressor to the bottom of the engine compartment.
There is not a hose under the 2001 Chevrolet blazer air-conditioner compressor. The compressor hose is on the top of the compressor.
left side of engine compartment on upper radiator hose. follow the hose, you'll find it.
Access it from under the car (follow the largeer hose set off the compressor)
The high pressure hose is between the compressor and orfice tube
Under the window washer bottle below the air cleaner behind the headlight on the driver's side. The air hose goes under the firewall and follows the brake lines on the side of the frame on the driver's side back to the wheel well.
Follow the larger hose from the compressor--maybe by the drier at the passenger side firewall
Follow the larger hose from the air compressor - maybe be by the drier at the passenger side firewall
The low side service port is located on the suction hose coming off the rear of the a/c compressor and the high side is located on the discharge hose coming from the condenser.......
The air bag suspension ''can'' be aired up manually if that's what you mean, first buy an air hose nozzle that goes to an air compressor and a hose clamp, then go to a gas station, open your hood, the driver's side front corner is where you will find the black air compressor with a black rubber hose coming out the end ,cut that hose ,open your trunk ,turn your air bag compressor switch on ,put some change in the air machine and turn it on connect the air nozzle to end of the compressor hose stick the air nozzle into the end of the rubber hose you cut you will see the back side of the car rising rapidly ,take nozzle out when you reach your desired height, clamp the end of the hose,go to the trunk and turn the air bag compressor switch to off ,remember this only a temporary fix! My 2000 t.c. Only stayed up for 3 or 4 days before i had to air it up again but i never used a clamp neither so with the clamp I'm sure it should hold the air longer, good luck
