While fiber is an important part of your daily diet, too much fiber can also cause health issues. If you take in too much fiber with out drinking enough water it could cause your body to not be able to absorb the nutrients and minerals it need. Too much fiber could also lead to intestinal blockage and constipation. While if you take too much fiber with the recommended amount of water, you could wind up with stomach cramping and diarrhea.

If you are asking for a natural laxative that you can incorporate in your diet then just eat more fiber each day. If you eat too much then you may well be on the toilet for a while, but I doubt that will happen in regular amounts. If you use natural fiber (from oats, bread and vegetables) then it will simply help you to avoid constipation and slowly repair your colon.
It depends on the person really. If you take ina lot of oats yes this can really cause constipation. oat absorb liquid such as water. Water is very important in a healthy bowel movement because stools absorb water and make it much easier to pass. although oats are a very good complex carbohydrate, try experimenting by removing oats from your diet and slowly add them back in to see if this maybe the problem and see how much your digestive system can handle. hope this helps
