That depends on the year of the bike. On '65 through '88 FLH models, there are three terminals on the solenoid. The top one goes to the battery, the [small] middle on goes to the starter button and the bottom one goes to the starter. On '89 and later FLH models there are only two terminals on the unitized starter/solenoid assembly. The larger one on top goes to the battery and the small one on the right side goes to the starter relay.
I am trying to find drain plug on 93 flh.
The value of a 1983 FLH can very depending upon condition and what someone is willing to pay for it. The trade-in value for one in good condition is about $5,025 and the dealer selling price would be about $7,480. These prices can also very depending upon the paint sceme and the amount of add-ons, custom parts, saddle bags, exhaust, handlebars, grips, mirrors, lighting, seats, and engine modifications.

what year?
The FLH had a higher compression ratio and hence more power than the FL. The FLH can be identified by having 7 cooling fins cast into the head to disipate the additional heat generated by the increased compression.
In 1955 Harley added the model FLH Super Sport. The FLH has polished and flowed intake ports and has 8:1 compression. In 1955 the FL had 7.25:1 compression. (Prior to 1955 the compression in the FL was 7:1.) The letter H = High Compression.

Though the procedure is covered in the proper manual for your model, disconnect negative terminal on battery, place a drain pan under the primary and remove primary cover, bend locking tab on starter drive and remove bolt, then proceeding to other side of the bike remove the big wire on the main post of the starter, pull the spade connector from the starter and take the two bolts out of the housing that bolt into the inner primary and remove.
