It's not possible, but you can exercise and eat Healthy.If you want to loose weight fast I suggest the following:

Weight Watchers helps a lot. It a big background, but also exercise for 30-60 minutes 2 times a week. Diets do not help. If you start one, yes you may loose weight but not perpetually. When you are done it just comes all back slow. When your eating healthy food too. Also try getting into dancing or sports because it will also help. Drink lots of water cause it dies down the craving for food. And have an apple each day will all add up and burn the bad fat.
