To get rid of a computer virus, do a system restore to put computer back to original condition, use a computer scan to find malware or spyware or adware or malicious software. also do a clean install. Computer Viruses can be removed manually.

- restart your computer
- install ms removal tools or cc cleaner ( after installing the tool you must if you haven register first).
- talk to an administrator
- or reset the whole computer

The first result was a a link to the Microsoft advice on its removal.
There were also a couple no charge removal tools from legit sites listed.
