Alright, tell this 11 year-old girl to stop worrying about her weight. You only get one chance to be a kid so enjoy it. If you really wanna lose weight try some cardio workouts such as running, jump roping (Thats what girls do lol). Get your friends involved in JUMP roping then it will solve your problems. Good luck.
