You don't.
One, it is illegal.
Two, It would cause a exhaust leak that if it got inside the vehicle would be poisonous to the driver and passengers.

Code P0420 is a code for Catalyst efficiency. The computer is seeing the post Catalytic converter o2 sensor having too much activity. The Cat. should be cleaning the exaust of Hc, co, and Nox. The post cat o2 will read the o2 content in the exhaust and if it moves up and down too much or to high and low, the computer interperates that as the cat not ridding the exhaust of it's pollutants. This indicates that the converter is unable to preform properly. The problem could be a bad cat, o2 sensor (Pre- and/or post cat)or o2 sensor wires, or an air fuel mixture problem that has caused the cat to fail. Many other engine operating system failures can cause the converter to not work properly.
b CAUSE U HAVE A LEAK There could be a body plug that has came loose or fallen out completely. Get up under ypur vehcile and check for any holes. if there is one missing. replace it. I had this happen in another vehicle right after the windshield was replaced. The windshield wasn't sealed properly. After a heavy rain, I had about an inch of water on the floor board. After I took it back and had them reseal the windshield, the problem was gone.
The F holes in a cello are called... <drum roll!> F-holes! They are also called 'sound holes', and acousticians might refer to them as 'ports'.
Different shape and size.
A catalytic converter with holes in it needs replacing. It affects not only emissions, but the performance of the engine. Replace the converter.
no
Some symptoms of a bad catalytic converter on a 1994 Lumina are engine stalling, engine backfiring, no start of engine, and poor power pick up. If the catalytic converter has rust holes, the vehicle will also be very loud when running.
no if theres a hole , it broken . why is it over heating and how do you know its over heating, you cant look at it?
You repair a clogged catalytic converter by replacing it. A catalytic converter works by having unburned gasoline or some other substance touch a metallic catalyst such as platinum or rhodium. When the catalytic metal becomes covered over with garbage it stops working. When it stops converting the garbage to carbon dioxide and water, the small holes in it then become clogged. Then it will not let exhaust gasses pass though. No way exists to clean out a catalytic converter. They can only be taken apart and the substance used as raw material to create a new metallic catalyst. You can drive fast and blow the dirt off!

Pull the inspection plate off, reach in with an end wrench and tighten them up. Use a screwdriver on the flywheel teeth to turn it so you can get to all of them. If the holes have become elongated, you will need to replace the flex plate.(Flywheel)
sounds like catalytic converter is coming apart.
The Cherokee idians built there houses with wood and hay to cover the holes iv the longhouse.
Yes I am looking into doing it on mine also. The headlights are a little different they have grooves on the bottom that incorporate into the bumper and the grill is different. You might also have to get the bumper plastic reinforcement piece behind the actual bumper cover. It will line up though to the original holes as long as you get those other parts. Good Luck!

The minimim rotor thickness for the rotor is cast into the Sid of the rotor itself. Older modles are cast on the inside edge on the flat area near the bolt holes. Later models are stamped on the outer edge. Z_Factor1
