This depends mostly on the area one lives in. I do not know a definite answer to your question, I can only offer my own experiences and collected knowledge. Obviously, Jews do not look like a minority. This can be a good thing, but really it can also be bad. A person of African decent can see others of similar decent. A person of Arab decent can see others of Arab decent. A Jewish person cannot see other Jewish people. Its somewhat lonesome. There are Jews, but who they are is unknown. Jewish people do share common ancestory, and this can be traced to the ancient Israelites, but many people claim that since Jews do not look middle eastern they are simply impostors claiming to be the same as the biblical Jews. This gets very old. Did the Jews choose to leave the Middle East? Did the Jews choose to lose traits that made them 'look' Jewish? In a way we were robbed of our minority look, which sounds weird. If a Jewish person is open about their religion, many people do not understand what a Jewish person is. Many people have told me that Judaism is simply a copy of Christianity that replaces Jesus with Moses. My mother has told me some stories of her childhood, she remembers that her family was not allowed to have membership to a pool because they were Jewish. This was only about 30 years ago in Pennsylvania. For me, many times, especially during Christmas, people have actually approached me and said to me "You're Jewish right? You do know you killed the son of God." Another unfortunate event was a student beating me up because I am Jewish. I think all minorities are treated badly at times and no one can really judge which minority is under more attack. Years of servitude, years of genocide, years of oppression, these are all horrible things, can we really judge which is worse? This is only some opinions, I'm sorry I cannot give any facts, but I doubt there are any.

The leaders of Bipolar support groups are psychologists, social workers, counselors, ministers if in a Christian setting or Jewish settings, and sometimes well trained experienced patients who suffer from Bipolar problems and are successfully treated. You can find support groups in your yellow pages, or ask a psychiatrist for some of the groups. You can also contact the Mental Health Association for a list of groups in your area.

There were many Jewish groups or organizations in Palestine while it was under the control of the British. Some of the groups were religious, some were political, and other groups were created to meet the needs of various elements of the society. The dominant political group was the Jewish Agency which actually developed an unofficial government for the Jewish population that was able to form a functioning government when Israel declared its independence in May of 1948.
No, however, uncircumcised Jewish males are prohibited from participating in a large number of Jewish rituals. Some groups, particularly Orthodox groups, require posthumous circumcision before burial in a Jewish cemetery.
