I dont think it differs much from a girl. They are manipulated into thinking this is ok at first, then once they start to resist, they are threatened with mind games. They are made to feel that its ok or this is the way its supposed to be, once they break off from the abuser, obviously they do not have a healthy outlook on intimate relationships, whichever was there abuser, male or female, that gender definately, does not make the grown victim feel safe, they are always wondering when or who is next. They have nightmares, they have sad hearts, if someone does come along in there lives that is tender and caring they are very resistant to closeness. They dont trust easily. They can be constantly nervous. There is much more to it because not every abuser does the exact same thing...
