That would depend on the perceiver. I personally perceive Hawaiians as cheerful, friendly, welcoming and proud of their history and of their state. I like their food also.
Mexicans and native Hawaiians
There really is not an island reserved for native Hawaiians, the island of Kaho'olawe was placed in the trust of Hawai'i but it's not reserved for native Hawaiians. They have ceded lands, which is about 1.8 million acres set aside for native Hawaiians though.
