Ok first of all you must do 100 crunches everyday(if it hurts like the hell take a break just about 1 week). When you did 100 crunches about a week do 100 push ups and 100 crunches. When you did 100 crunches and 100 sit ups a week do 100 push ups if you can a week then do all those thing about a month you see a big difference. Remember not to eat much sweets,chocolate,icecream lots of fat things. Eat meat and fish lots of fruits.
First everyone has a six pack but it is covered by a layer of fat on the stomach. So you are asking how do i get people to see them which the answer would be, Do sit ups crunches leg lifts and planks. Also it will not do any good unless you have a good diet so no fatty foods. Also you will need to run to burn the fat off so you can see them. The sit ups and stuff helps burn the fat but it won't do it alone. Hope this helped.

if a 13 year old started to work out...yes they would get stronger and get abs within the 2 pack 4 pack 6 pack and 8 pack. But working out all the time can really change your eating habits....like if you think your fat and you work out and you don't eat it can lead to anorexia!

Hi Am Ciara And I am aswell as you 13.i have a muscle on my belly and man it took me ages to get the way to do it is exercise using weight's do sit ups press ups, anything that keeps your belly properly moving don't stop working till it aches.
