spin rate depends on the RPM of the entire device turning it. If both are turning at the same RPM, they both spin the same speed.
You can't compare the two.
You could have the names of the files wrong or the folders and the paths to them wrong. You have to build the structure of your folders accurately and the paths to them, and have the names of the files correct, trying to be case sensitive.
RPM stands for Revolutions Per Minute so, in short, RPM is the number of revolutions that the generator shaft turns in one minute. It seems obvious that the question is really trying to understand RPM vs frequency in Hertz. To understand this, you need to know the number of poles in the rotating and/or stationary magnetic field. In a two pole generator, for instance, an RPM of 1800, or 30 RPS (Revolutions Per Second), yields 60 Hertz power. In a eight pole generator, for instance, an RPM of 450, or 7.5 RPS, yields 60 Hertz power. The equation is simple... FHertz = SRPM / 60 * PNumber of Poles
It is based on the RPM of the motor. Use the following formulas for 50 and 60 Hertz. The mathematical formula is Frequency in Hertz times 60 (for seconds in a minute) times two (for the positive and negative pulses in the cycle) divided by the number of poles. For 60 hertz, the formula would be, 60 x 60 x 2 = 7,200 no load RPM divided by the number of poles will give you the nameplate RPM of the motor. eg from above formula 7200/2 pole = 3600 RPM, 7200/4 = 1800 RPM, 7200/6 = 1200 RPM

you could use an xml tool that would allow you to compare the files, most xml tools normally refer to this feature as xml diff, it allows you to compare differences in multiple xml files.
Two text files can be compared using Textpad software. This is commonly used used to view text file like notepad. please let me know if this is not enough.
