How can I fix the rear wipers and washer fluid and defrost and spare tire brake light that aren't working on a 2001 Jeep Wrangler?

If all of those arent working then the first thing I would do is check where that stuff is grounded. In mine it is located on the wheel well wall on the rear driver's side. Make sure the ground isn't corroded or unhooked. Next thing would be to ohm test the fuses for these and see if the fuse is bad. Good Luck.
