* Fill up on fresh fruits and vegetables, eat as much of these as you want EXCEPT the oily ones, try to limit avocado, olives and any other oily fruits to one SMALL serving or less per week. * lean cuts of meat, broiled fish (not fried and CERTAINLY not deep fried) and chicken/turkey with the skin removed BEFORE cooking. You don't need much of these but they are important to your diet. * whole grain breads and cereals And exercise. At first you don't need to be an Olympic athlete, just do what you can, walk, jog, ride a bicycle, swim... anything to get everything going. AS you get in better shape, start exercising harder.
