BE ACTIVE! If this doesn't work for you drink more water and make your portions smaller. Also stay away from fried foods! Also fast food is a no no!
1. Don't eat too much. 2.Work out for 30 min. and run. 3.Try not too eat too much bad food. 4.Park farther away from the place you are going to. 5.Join in for sports and be active!!!
